We will place signage in your yard and leave a directional sign for your use. We will also place a supra key lockbox on your home if one is rented. This is strongly recommended to allow agent access without you having to stay at home and let the agent in each time the home is shown. The lockbox also captures the information of the agent opening the box for security and marketing purposes.
