This entire marketing plan is offered at a flat fee of only $500  collected at time of listing. When your home sells with CrossBridge, a fee of .0039% of the contract price is collected at closing. This is to pay the mandatory FMLS and contract service fees. What do I do now?

• Contact us to set your appointment and a CrossBridge Realty team member will have you on your way to SOLD.
• We accept most major credit cards and money orders. You can pay with credit card below for your convenience.
• Click the home evaluation tab on the home page and fill out the information about your home. This will allow us to create your custom market analysis to help with pricing your home.
• Click the home staging tab from the home page for information on preparing your home for sale.
• You will need to have your home ready for pictures the day of the appointment.
• At the appointment we will complete the paperwork and take your photos.
• We will place signage in your yard and leave a directional sign for your use. We will also place a supra key lockbox on your home if one is rented. This is strongly recommended to allow agent access without you having to stay at home and let the agent in each time the home is shown. The lockbox also captures the information of the agent opening the box for security and marketing purposes.
